You don't have to test on a full tank just add some gasoline to a low fuel E45 to make around E25 and after testing adjust it again to E45.

If you fill 10 liters gasoline on a quarter tank E45 you will get around E25.

I just installed the billet manifold and been tuning again. Looks like car is holding boost pretty good. Here is a multi gear pull I did for the tuner. Only 3rd to 4th. Let me know how it looks.

Just installed the bar sensor. Looks like lpfp lowest reading is around low 70s psi. Tuner asked me to upgrade the lpfp but he hasn't mentioned it in the previous 2 logs. Car is running on e50, ds2, pi and DAW ultra flow. Btw I'm still tuning.

Still tuning through right? Stock engine?
I only felt 30 psi once when my custom revision over-boosted and the car felt like a rocket with a lot of throttle closures lol

Yeah still tuning. Stock engine. Car pulls really hard. I’m awd so it helps with the traction a bit.

You need more ethanol to improve timing.

Hey man ! What do you think of this log - https://*********************/graphs...3-18-22.24364/

And this log - https://*********************/graphs...3-14-18.24363/

Replace * with spool street without space

I am running MHD Stage 1 91/95 octane and running 95 octane with it (E10 from the pump). I have some corrections (max -3) on some logs and on some I don’t have any. Should I start adding some ethanol (it is very hard to find in my country) or corrections like these are not concerning ? I am also going stage 2 tomorrow (installing my DP) and I am wondering if I should be safe with the same fuel without ethanol.

Neither link is a valid link. Even when replaced with ***********.
Just make it easy for everyone and use datazap as everyone else.

Hello,
on BM3 OTS tunes, we can find
stage 1 E30
stage 2 E50 (HPFP needed like TU)

We all know here E30 is the (absolute) limit for stock HPFP (at stage 1 power levels), while E50 is with TU Pump (at stage 2 power levels).

We also know these E% are not so safe, since we can see in logs HPFP is fighting hard to keep up at lower RPM.

For these reasons, I'm running TU HPFP on stage 1 E30 tune, with around E40 in the tank.

My question :
at stage 1 power level (ie boost) what is the maximum E% can TU HPFP can handle ?
Since stage 2 should boost more than stage 1, I guess we should be able to go a little bit beyond E50 when running stage 1 boost levels.
Maybe E50 on stage 1 E30 tune is safe due to lower boost ?

thank you !

For a start here's what the 340i/440i Standard and MPPSK stock tunes look like through the RPM range in the tables below.

Basically when you floor the gas pedal those are the torque numbers (in NM) the tune requests the DME to achieve through the RPM range.

The DME then calculates how much Load/Boost required to achieve the Torque Requested tables below.

Our DMEs uses torque to make it's calculations, to convert those numbers to HP either convert NM to lb-ft X RPM and divide by 5252 or directly multiply those numbers X RPM and divide by 7120.

Hi buddy would you be able to share the xdf file with me that you use. I speak English and have some German in the one I have. I also don’t see some of these table definitions you have displayed here.

On the M340i running E40 to E50, what ekp tables need raised so you don't get lpfp too low performance. I found the tables to raise but not sure what to raise them to. The gen 1 doesn't have a lot of tables the m340i does via MHD. Anyone have any input?
