Vorsteiner splitter install, help needed

I have a Vorsteiner front splitter but none of the hardware fits due to the thickness. How have others installed these?

Drill and rivet or use your own screws.

Thanks! My dad said to use rubber riv nuts. They look like a great solution, too.

3m tape and self tapping screws works. Rivets are more of a permanent solution but a PIA to remove if you want to replace damage lip or change style.

Thanks JV. I'll post some pics when I get it installed. I painted it black. The carbon fiber didn't look good on my car.

Don't do the screws. One bump and they come right out.
Do rivets or a nylon locknut/bolt/washer combo. A little more work to get on... but they will NOT come off.

Rivets and 3m vhb tape. Have to drill the holes for the rivets though

I finally got it installed with a combination of compression nuts, self taping screws, and double sided tape. Thanks for all the help.
