Hi Guys,

I have retrofitted a combox in my E92 from 2006 with a CIC headunit.
Connected drive is ahown in the menu and everything works just fine except I can not use the bmw apps it just shows connect usb device to the usb port in the armrest but when I do that nothing happens. Also Internet and live shows in the menu but do not work, I can enter a username and password but this will not connect.

Does anybody knows if you need a FSC code to get this working or maybe somebody has the login details that are active? I called BMW and they are so lame by saying this is not original so we can not do anything.

BMW Apps requires 9C FSC Enabling Code. Internet / Live requires VIN with Authorization.

Quick question, I had an F32 with a build date of 09/13 and it had Spotify connectivity... my new F32 has a build date of 08/13 yet it doesn't have Spotify. Is this considered an FSC app? Both cars have hu_nbt.

Yes. You need new set of FSC Codes that includes 9C BMW Apps FSC Code. PM sent.

Import and Activate FSC Code and Code car using E-Sys.

I have a 2018 F36 with NBT_evo and 609, 6AC, 6AE, 6AK, 6NW, etc. options.
But I want to have Apple CarPlay!
Unfortunatelly, in my country Apple CarPlay not a configurable options.

What to do?
There are Internetwide cheap offers to have CarPlay in my car.
Is it "safe", or at the next service my dealer will delete it? Have to delete this kind of FSC before service and reinstal after service? /I do have E-SYS working with my car./
What is the safe way to get Carplay in my car?
