Is this normal?

Ordered a set of KW v2 coilovers through a business that had to order directly from Germany. They arrived 2.5 weeks later and when I came to pick them up it just didnt look right. The box it came in was poorly packaged and looked like they sourced 2 different boxes and went to town on packing tape. See the image below. I refused to receive the package and waiting to what they have to say. What are your thoughts? If you have any pictures of how yours came in I would like to see it.

Have you opened it? If everything is there and nothing is damaged then no worries right?
