Overdue service F31

So Mrs Robot has been misreading when her F31 Service was due, she told me it was 1500 Miles a few weeks back and booked her in for the 28th. Today she was complaining the miles keeps increasing instead of decreasing.

So I went to double check and she’s overdue by 70miles. Was wondering will she be able to drive it till the 28th and how does this affect warranty.

If is big No ...I’ll let her take a day of this week and get it done and if not will just wait till the booked date.

EDIT: This is the cars first service

TIA

It'll be fine, don't panic. The only thing is that on the I drive it may show up as a red service when you go into history in idrive. Mine does this as I was 1500 over on Gorst service which really pusses me off as it was a manic week where I was working away. Won't make a blind bit of difference to the car.

Phew ! That’s good to know didn’t think otherwise but just wanted to be sure it was going to be OK.

Ha ... Autocorrect usually corrects to words you use more regularly ... When was the last time you used the word "Gorst"? ... and in what context??

Where in the idrive is the service history?
I have a 2015 LCI with pro nav & cannot find it. Just the usual service requirements etc under vehicle info.

You may find that the service history only appears in iDrive when you've had your first service. Until then, the option isn't there.

Thanks guys.
Had my first service at Barons in Farnborough a couple of months ago.
The options not there. Tossers left a half drunk bottle of water in my footwell & under filled the oil too.

Had a moan.
Service history now correctly recorded. They initially wanted to book me in for a 1.5 hour while u wait appointment in mid November ffs!
That's 2 out of 3 of my nearest dealers blacklisted now.
Will try Sytners next time.

The other one must be Ridgeway. I started there then Barons and now I go to Harwoods in Basingstoke. So far they have been excellent.

Yep.
Had an egr fault, caused a drivetrain warning. BMW assist diagnosed egr valve which he was prepared to do on my drive but it alse needed a software update so he took it to Ridgeway. 2 days later went to collect it to find that all they had done was a software update!!
3 weeks later same fault so they finally changed the egr valve & all is good now. What a complete waste of time.
Will consider harwoods next time.
