Alignment question
Hi folks
I am planning to have some Acs springs fitted in the next few weeks. Naturally will have alignment done. Is it best done after fitting or next done after a couple of hundred miles? Or both? Also I am planning to have some wheel spacers 12mm on front and 15mm on back. Is it better to have alignment done with our without spacers? Not sure whether spacers will alter values etc? I'd personally fit the spacers before the alignment. Spacers do change the effective spring rate, so it depends on how accurate you want the geometry to be.

Look at it in an exaggerated way, add a spacer of about 300mm, the suspension would likely 'bottom' simply sitting there. As I said, re an alignment, depends on how accurate we want the geometry calibration to be. |

Can't you get it all done together?
