Wrong variant errors

I have 2 wrong variant errors and assume they are from a replacement sport steering wheel from an M3 and a euro light switch I bought from ECS Tuning with the rear fog light button. Both work without issue but I get these errors as follows on Bimmerlink:

030491 - Steering wheel electronics (LRE) (LIN): wrong variant
D90D16 - Control unit light (BEL), (LIN): wrong variant installed

I have Bimmercode & Bimmerlink and recently installed ISTA+ and E-SYS on a laptop if there is something I can do in those apps to resolve these errors.

With esys you have option to code out this error codes in FEM, look for DTC inhibit, select one that has only 00 00 00 00 and replace with hex code of error. ie. 00 03 04 91.

Errors will be ignored and not show anymore in ISTA.
