VIR North Course F30 335i
Was able to go out for a weekend at VIR. Little toasty but well worth it! Here is a lap. Not a lot of attendance given the situation.

Curious what setup you are running? Tuned? Suspension? Anything like that as well baffling in the oil pan? Just curious as I have a 15' 335i and a great facility near me (Utah Motorsports Campus) which I have driven numerous times in my old 300 zx's, but would like to get my 335i out a bit. My issue with my Bimmer is the xDrive suspension is just extremely floaty at speed and would not be a fun track car as well I have read about oil starvation on long sweeping bends. Any input is appreciated. Thanks, |

I picked the BMW parts catalog M performance suspension. It's affordable and it's tuned for the platform from BMW, but the springs are difficult to install on the strut with standard compressing tools.
I have the M perf suspension, GC street camber plates, powerflex LCA bushings, BMW M- Limited Slip Diff, BMW lower splitter and rear wing. I also have some irrelevant power mods. Last edited by zinner; 07-21-2020 at 08:58 AM.. |

Nice Driving... I'm impressed when you said just minor engine modifications... could only imagine with something like a mhd tune and full bolt-ons... I've been reading more of the tracking section and must say it has put a smile on my face... seems this car only needs a few mods to make this a very competitive car all around... Thanks for the video!
