Alignment shops Bay Area
Hey guys, I recently lowered my f32 on Kw's.
Now it's time for an alignment, Anyone have any recommendations for a shop in the north bay? Asked our local Bmw shop here in Napa and they wanted $304 |

Yeah... there's price for living in Norcal. Dealer labor is like $225-$275. And indy shops are at $150-$175 hour. A good alignment is about a 1 hour job. A GREAT alignment can push 3 hours.
For example: Shop A: Car on rack, maybe sandbags in driver seat, in-out in 1 hour. Shop B: Car on rack, sandbags in driver seat, aligned, test driven, car back on rack, checked, suspension pieces unbolted/rebolted, re-aligned, test drive, in out 3 hours. Our BMWs respond VERY well to good alignments. But try Bavarian Tuning in Santa Rosa. Billy Maher is a BMW Master Technician and instructs at our driver schools as well as races BMWs. Call them. (707) 575-3757. Bill Arnold BMW is also a great resource. He's next to Sear Point/Infineon raceway San Rafael... (415) 459-2697. |

I lowered my 340i on H&R super sports and got them aligned at Fremont Alignment for $79.99. Other places around my area quoted $100+ but I was glad to go to this one as the service was relatively short and they did a good job re-aligning the negative camber that settled on the rears since the spring install.

Hi, I live in San Francisco. I have a 2020 330i with ACC. Is there an independent shop around here which has the equipment to perform both wheel & ACC radar alignments?

huge fan also of LoveShopAuto in Fremont, theyve done a couple of my alignments in the past, as well as they just installed Ohlins R&T for me; nothing but good things to say about them

Burlingame, CA Finding a reliable, reputable and competitive pricing mechanic shop is hard to come by. You either get a few of those criteria, but getting them all is RARE. I came to find EP through Yelp. I had just gotten brand new tires for my 435i and wanted a shop that was an expert at suspension alignment. EP came out as a nearby shop, and many of the reviews spoke highly of their work. Melody was the first person I interacted with, and she gave me a good quote. We scheduled an appointment and everything went smoothly. Got my car within the estimated time frame and it handled so well afterwards. To my surprise, Melody told me they also do aftermarket installs. Now, I've taken EP to install some intake and exhaust parts. I couldn't be happier. I have also met Gary, and he was also nice and informative. Even though I don't live on this side of the Bay, I have them at the top of my list to go to. Top 2! My other guy is amazing, but he's more reluctant doing aftermarket. I definitely recommend EP! You will not be disappointed! |

+ Fremont alignment - They did a great job my my f30 with coilovers and camber kit, only $120. Other guys wanted anywhere from $400-600, highway robbery. Highly recommend them, they did exactly what I wanted, F -2.0 and R -1.5 camber.
