Transmission jerk/stutter on N55 zf8

got a 2016 435xi here and recently id say within the past week or 2 ive noticed that my car when its shifting sometimes it'll randomly jerk, but its not like it throws me back in my seat or anything like that id even describe it as more of a stutter than a jerk.

Ive narrowed it down to notice that it only happens when shifting from 5-6th gear and very rarely will it happen somewhere else. it only though happens in eco and comfort and if im in sport or sport+ it doesnt do it.

to add on whenever im in the eco/comfort it doesnt happen when I drive it aggressively. only when im casually driving. I am on a stock tune and the only modifications ive done to the engine is a catless downpipe and an aluminum charge pipe upgrade. Do I have transmission issues? am I due for a fluid flush or is it something else? because other than that the car feels normal and doesnt feel like theres something wrong with it only that small thing. my mileage is a little under/over 77k

Sounds like you might be hitting a torque limit in 6th gear. From what I've heard, 3rd and 6th gear have lower torque limits than the others. These transmissions are rated for 320lb-ft of torque from factory. This may be what you're running into. See the link below, it has more information than I could put on one post:

Just spitballing some ideas. Not sure if that would be a solution.
