One will be worth about 20k in 4 years and the other possibly still over 100k, if it hasn't been used much and tucked away in a garage... Pointless!

Buys you a car that will lap the ring in the same time as a 12c/Huracan/991Gt3 RS.....

The GTS is not all (in fact it's utterly not about) drag times.

Unless I had a lot of spare cash for a car I wanted to track I seriously would save the extra 57k myself though.

Cool, what colour and spec CP are you getting?

That's the buyer it is aimed at. And collectors. The GTS is never meant to be a more powerful M4, it's the M4 completely optimised for track performance.

NB. It wouldn't be for me either, even if I was spending £1m on a multi-car garage. But for some people it would be.

Yes it is and you're welcome to it, but you seem to constantly miss the point of these cars but then I guess you don't have a reference point.

I initially missed the point that the GTS is aimed at the track yes .. and my answer to that is I would rather save 57k and get the CP still given the choice between the 2 cars. Why? Mainly Because my cars are used on the road not a track, but secondly I still don't think it's worth double the price of the CP.
