In ISTA, under "Vehicle information"->"control unit tree"->"display fault memory" shows nothing?

Just did the retrofit. As a note for others, you need to connect both of the following wires for the PDC on/off switch to work.
CC PIN1 to ICM PIN28 CC PIN2 to ICM PIN6 My (new) center console switch has the buttons for traction control, sport/eco up down buttons, and the PDC button. If you have rear PDC, the PDC button will work without having to code front PDC. This is a nice check to perform before moving on to other parts of the install/coding. |

The lengh is short, less then 12" since the ICM right next to the ebrake. Can't seem to find the pin size for it though.

Hello,
greetings everybody! Half a year ago I bought a 2014 F20 (CIC navigation)- sadly without PDC front and combox. I got into the PDC retrofitting a month ago, this is by far the best How-To i could find, i hope it works for the F20 as well I did some research and in my opinion I need the following parts: 66202338070 retrofit set front PDC for M sport 0337 and M aerodynamic 0715 61129357958 cable set for F20 front bumper, no problem here as well 61319252911 fun fact: I checked this part on ebay, you can buy one of these for like 30€ - if you dont need the PDC button 66209261617 well, ultrasonic sensor colored in blue. The original BMW would set me back 170€/piece, I checked at ebay and found these: https://www.ebay.de/itm/NEW-OEM-BMW-...QAAOSwODFaXJCJ what do you think? 51117324343 as far as I get it: I glue this things on the inside of my bumper? Sadly, I didn´t find anything for the F20. Possibility 1: I am too dumb to google. 2: it doesnt exist. 3: they are the same for the F20 as for the F30 Besides the parts, I have three more questions: a) some "How-To" do list a ECU in the parts list, do I need it or not?! b) quote starting post: "On the guides for the PDC holders, drill the holes carefully to 18mm." I´ve checked some front bumpers online, I didnt see any guides on the backside, can someone confirm there are guidelines? [not really related to the topic, but well: c)I plan on retrofitting backup camera and combox as well, do it all together or split it in 3 different tasks? There are a lot of imformation about the backup camera, but not so much about the combox).] (i have no experience working on my car, thats why i want to know everything in detail before i start working on it) sorry for the bad english :S lg szmib |

The pdc mount is under the retrofit catagory. (I picked a random f20 so select your correct vehicle. Also, there are two types of mount. One is for m-sport and one for non m-sport) a) If the ECU you're speaking of is the REM, it depends if you have the pins for the PDC. When I checked mine, I didn't have the pins and needed to replace and code the REM. b) This also depends, I believe most, if not all OEM bumper should have the markings on the bumper. Mine did. c) Do them in steps. My final was to have surround view but to have surround view, I need front and rear PDC. I did the rear PDC, then did the front PDC and then added surround view. This way if something didn't work, you know its only within what you were working on. Goood luck!

My ISTA isn´t working...
This is the link to my VO https://picload.org/view/ddpriidw/esys.png.html I put 507 and 508 in it ... Afer removing the 507 the PDC Rear and Front are Working. One Problem is that the PDC is just Beeping. Maybe the sensors are to deep in the Front? And my Middle Console Button isnt working too. is there any solution?
