Wish I could find a local Indy that cheap! I contacted ours when the MINI needed servicing and they were more expensive than MINI themselves 😂

Dealerships closed for a year, used car prices high so more people keeping hold of cars, these cars need servicing, dealers need cash now open - ridiculously overpriced normally, so boost sales by offering a discount. Still making significant margins.

Our local was literally packed with cars and only had a handful of appointments available when I booked in for the offer, pretty much all the slots have been taken up - definitely a massive cash injection.

I think they’ll be disappointed with my car as the suspension, tyres and brakes have all been replaced within the last 12 months |

Are you guys all getting the Standard "scope" charge added to your services too? I'm looking at my 2 yearly Brake Fluid change, and have a c.£20 standard scope charge added.
Incidentally my car still has a small part of the original 5 year service pack left - so I'm expecting to pay for the Brake Fluid, but not the scope...

I've always had standard scope added for £30. Never bothered challenging it as they read ecu and update service history so ok with me.

Nope - sailed through just fine, just 2 rear tyres shown to be needed. We always receive a video every service showing the underside of the car and a walkthrough of the components, detailing and faults if there are any. Figured this was a standard dealership thing?

No, but a lot of people have gone to independants. Not so much the cost, but the level of service they got, or rather didn't get from BMW.
They have also been closed as others say so are trying to drag people back with discounts as a lot have nothing but their own internal work to do. |

As Londoner said earlier; remember it's only a month leeway either side of a service date...any longer and you won't have a full service history and it won't register as green/ok on the idrive.
