Retro fit ID5 - Houston TX

Hi guys,

I currently own a 2015 F32 435i.
Recently I've been looking at slaved car id5 in order to get apple carplay.

Is it even possible? If so who would know how to code it? And can I just buy the head unit with out buying the screen and buttons?

I don't remember which thread I saw it on, as there are a few different ones on this topic, but I believe they sell retrofit kits which they can set up specifically for your car so that it's plug and play.

I think that would probably be the easiest way to go about retrofitting this.
