Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Leo @ Vibe!!
I ordered a set of wheels for my BMW F36 through Vibe. The wheels ended up having a manufacturing issue that was no fault of Vibe themselves.
From the first time I contacted Leo regarding the issue I felt he really cared and wanted to get the issue resolved completely.
It took some time to get new wheels shipped out but Leo stayed in constant communication throughout the process. Vibe also took care of some additional expenses I had incurred as result of the issues. Stepping up and doing the right thing to take care of their customer was huge in my eyes. Not a lot of businesses would do that.
Thanks again and I'll definitely be shopping with you guys in the future for any mods/accessories.
