Never got to use it since my data plan doesn't include "hotspot".

Why do you need hotspot to use this?

From what I understand, you have to use hotspot to connect the phone to the agent.

This is WIFI agent for BM3. I don't think you can use Veepak for BM3 as the agent needs software for bootmod but I could be wrong.
