What did you do to your F3X today?

Big maintenance day or two days.... valve cover gasket, tensioner and idler replaced, new drive belt, new crankcase breather tube (the 4 prong piece broke durning removal as expected), new air fliter, cabin filter, bled the brakes, CRC intake /valve clean downstream of MAF follwed by a oil change with Castrol 0W40 Euroblend, wheels off wheel well and caliper detail, snow foamed entire underside, rinsed and inspected. Ice cold beer at the end of day 2.

Had the Dinan carbon fiber cold air intake installed today on my 2016 340i xDrive. This is probably my last mod on the car except for upgrading my Dinantronics Stage 1 tuner to Dinan's flash tune for the B58 when it comes out next year. I've also installed the Active Autowerke axle-back exhaust and Dinan's Shockware for my Adaptive M suspension. I love how the car drives, sounds and handles now.

Finally got my Megan Racing rear sway bar and new end links installed. BMW quoted 6.5 hours and $7 million. My shop did it in just over 2 hours!

Just a note on the install. It did require an alignment, which they threw in at no cost.

Apart from pissed off I was fine... doing about 35 and it jumped on the front end.... skidded across the road and ran off! Thankfully it didn't come up the hood!

This is a rear wheel drive I assume since none of the MR suspension parts seem to fit xd.

Finally picked up my car after being at the dealer for a few weeks getting the engine replaced. Stress crack near the rear main seal, covered under CPO warranty. They also installed my ER charge pipe, no charge. After break in, I'll get back in there and do the down pipe and Wagner IC.

Got the spanners out and raised the car a little. Had some very light rubbing on the front when cornering hard due to the profile of the MPS4S tyres, 12mm spacers and the height.

Lifted 8mm all round and replaced the 12mm front spacers with 10's. All good now.
