Heated seat pad removal (rear)

Any tips for removing the heating pads off the foam for reapplication to a different seat?

Thanks

Several have looked at this when swapping seats with someone for a different color. Eventually, all decided against it.

Probably easier to remove the leather covering off the seat and put them onto the structure with the heated elements and electronics.

The foam is a bit damaged, so I'm fairly committed to harvesting the heaters off the seat, just seeeing if anyone had any attempts that did (or did not) work.
As of now, Im planning to use plastic razor and trim tool.

The pads came off well enough. The tools did not help much, mostly pulled off easily by hand, slowly and evenly. There were a couple sections of significant foam damage (1/4") and large sections of clean separation, seemed to be random result, about 70% of the area clean pull.
