Reading EGT values

Using bootmod3 I see two values for EGT. EGT(modeled) and EGT bank 1(modeled). I know both of these values are calculated but which one does the DME read to adjust fuel? I assume one is pre-turbo and one is post turbo and the EGT bank 1(modeled) maxes out at around 1950F and EGT(modeled) maxes at around 1450F; both after a few consecutive hard pulls.
