You should be able to get a bigger chunk off MSRP on a loaner.

What is the current mf? I’m working on a current lease deal for an 18 340i, but I feel the mf is too high. They are saying .00227.

Toronto: 2019 440i Gran Coupe / f36

I just placed an order for F36. See the numbers below.

Dealer Name/ Location: Budds BMW/ Oakville, Ontario, Canada
Year/Model: 2019 440i Gran Coupe
MSRP: $75,340 CAD
Options/Packages: Everything except adaptive head lights, speed limit info
Cash Down/ **MSD: $1889 CAD
Negotiated Price: $71,547
*Money Factor: not sure
*Lease term/Miles: 48 months / 16,000km per year
*Lease Payment: $853.99 CAD

I also added:
carbon fiber exhaust tips and spoiler: $1,245 CAD (sounds way too much)
merino leather dash and door: $750

Buy back is $39,176.80.

Do you think I may be able to get a better deal? Should I order the carbon fiber kit from after market instead from BMW?

Bought from Canada Toronto dealer

2017 440ix pre LCI
45570 cad (34,814.34 usd) + 13% tax
Active LED Headlights, Driver Assistance Package, Premium Package Enhanced, metalic black, msrp 71440 cad (54,578usd).
one owner and no reported accident, seems very good.

But I checked carproof and found 2 things I might concern.
First, the car was delivered to the original owner at 05/19/2017, and within 6 months to 11/17/2017, it traveled for 16,712 KM (10384), which equivalent to 20k miles per year. Is it normal?
Second, the car at the moment I made the purchase (few days ago in July), the odometer showed 16,79x km. So the car basically were not driven since last year winter. And probably was sitting in somewhere for a long time.

Hi everyone:

First time poster (and tech newbie), so I apologize if this is in the wrong place.

I am looking at a 430 xDrive convertible. This is the offer I have on the table for a 10K/36 month lease on a 2018 Off service loaner with 4K miles:

MSRP: $64,490
Selling price: $51390 (includes $3K leasing rebate+ $500 Costco)
Monthly price:$725/month (all taxes and fees rolled into the lease)
MF:0.00166
Residual: 57% ($36,090)
-------------------
Alternatively, if I pay Taxes/Fees (first payment, plates/registration, bank fee, dealer documentary fees, taxes)

$4731.52 due at signing
$596/month

Is this a good deal? want to make a decision quickly. Any feed back here or to my e-mail would be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

How are you getting $8700 in credits? My dealer would only do around 3 or 4K.

Because I negotiate like a savage. $3000 lease credit right off the rip from BMW for July And then I negotiated about 10-11% off MSRP. This is on a factory ordered car built for me too...if I would have went for something off the lot I could have gotten about another 1k off probably based on some other dealers I talked to.

I get $570 per month not including any taxes with no money out of pocket.... Not sure if your selling price isn’t including dealer fees, acquisition etc.

Are you counting $4731.52 plus discounts to reach your selling price?

Taxes just calculate your states tax on the depreciation, which according to your numbers is $15300. Unless your state counts depreciatiOn from original MSRP. Then do your tax # based on original MSRP.

All this being said even if your taxes are $3600, which I don’t think they are that’s $100 per month so you’d be closer to $670. Need more details to figure it out

Good deal or not?

Since the new m340 is auto only, I'm looking at a 2018 340 xdrive, manual, M Sport package, premium package and driving assistance package. This is in MA. I got quoted 55k before TTL. For lease the mf is .00166 and residual of 60% 3/10k.
