M BRAKES 435i OPTIONS
About to get new front/rear rotors and pads for my 2015 435i m that I recently picked up.
Part of the deal when I bought the car is the dealer would pay to replace the brakes wich were below spec. They have cut me a check for the brake job but I'm very interested in figuring out the easiest way and cheapest way that I can chip in and put the M brakes on the car since (im hoping) I already have the funds from the dealer for) I'm not sure what kit I would need, if we're talking huge money, and if so what would be the best way to get the M look as far as the colored calipers as I don't really need the performance for my commute. Thanks! |

Just paint the new stock calipers if you just want the look.
BTW - you don't have a 435i M, but you may have a 435 M Sport. The M Sport is a "Line" and there was no M435i.

Looking a little bit on google, M Sport full setup (rotors, pads, calipers, hardwrae) are over $2k on ECS (couldn't find other places besides ebay and fourms). Also the M Performance full setup is also a little over $2k.
They are essentially the same brembo 4 piston front 2 piston rears just that they use different sized rotors. The sport comes in blue while the performance came in red, yellow, or orange. If you can find someone selling lower mile setup might be worth it to invest. Else just get someone to powder coat the calipers for a couple $$!

The mperformance or msport calipers available for the 35/40 3 and 4 series are the same calipers on the base M3, M4, and M2. The upright on th Ms has caliper mounts at a 10mm offset to fit the 380mm rotors. Pads are the same as well but may differ in compound by a bit.
