So after being told it would take two weeks to get the Passenger Restraint System module, it arrived the next day. My car was magically ready for pick up on Fri at 5:00 after they buttoned up the headliner. (The same warning light came on as I got home, but that saga is for a different thread.). Anyway, it was of course Memorial Day Weekend and the air was thick with increased law enforcement presence so it was nearly impossible to have any fun...

I logged a little over 200 miles since the install, including one very spirited run for groceries. I agree with previous posts that Comfort Mode now feels more like Sport Mode did. Sport Mode now feels like I'm never need to use any other mode again... This is how the M Sport should have left the factory.

My wife likes the upgraded Comfort Mode and likes the subtly improved sporty engine and exhaust sounds. I don't think I can convince her on upgrading the exhaust at this point tho.

I'm scheduled for the post MPPK dyno on 6/3 and will update asap.
Looking forward to hearing the results. Getting my MPPK 335i dynoed on 6/11.

- was kidding before about the checksum.

Make sure that when you dyno the car you have some miles on it. Even when the engine is broken in, everything is tighter so your HP/TQ numbers will be slightly lower than if you were to dyno from a year from now. At least that's what they told me when I did mine.

sick car!

But yeah, pricing confirms it's "cheaper" to get a base 335i and add on M Performance parts.

What I've also learned/realized, is that when you PORT install, they charge you MSRP and waive the labor. However, when I purchased items, I could force a price-match to Tischer, which drove the actual cost of the PPK/M Performance Brakes/Suspension down; the added labor still didn't come close to the MSRP cost of parts at port install. Rather odd....

I have a port install order in place for PPK and payment will be based on invoice not MSRP.

Its a good deal for 19 inch wheels. They are hard to keep clean though - going to be messy in the winter. My plans are also to use them for winters and put HRE monoforged wheels on for my performance setup.

The MPPK is a great upgrade - couldn't be happier with it. Needed something to stay on topic here.

I think it is a good deal too! Generally the "upgrade" price is a good deal as opposed to replacing it later on.

I got it on mine too. But I was just surprised as something is actually cheaper in Canada for once.

Okay I'll contribute. MPPK is actually a reasonable deal, when you consider how much some of the BMW options are in general. Others argue about aftermarket, but for those who discount aftermark right off the bat, its not bad at all from the BMW price perspective. Its noticable and has changed the way I drive.

BTW, my mileage sucks now! Of course it is all because I drive harder.

Not correct.

I got the MPPK and M exhaust, combined they were under $2k port-installed and I rolled it into my lease which meant I could residualize about $600 of it, and I am paying the balance over the term of the lease.

That option is cheaper, as well as our "DHP" which is $850 (we have to order VSS and Adaptive M Suspension separately though). Same too with the Active Cruise Control - only $1,000 in Canada.

I think in Canada, with the F30, BMW were very aggressive in pricing a lot of the options that are traditionally not often ordered - mainly due to outlandish prices.

With MPPK only? What was the temp and humidity? Another poster (BMWBUSINESS007?) dynoed his at 314hp and 321 lb-ft....but those numbers seem really high. Hoping they're not though!
