Finally bought my 1st BMW

Well I finally found a 435i gran coupe with 95% of the options I wanted so I bought it. Itís a 2015 with 41k miles and 11 months or 9k miles left on the factory warranty. So what should I check out or do maintenance wise?

Is it CPO through a dealer? If not, did you get a pre-purchase inspection? That should have touched on the basics of what's needed.

Also, check for any oil leaks, especially at the oil filter housing gasket. Common problem with recent BMWs.

Pulled up when the last oil change occured, spark plugs and brakes might be coming due. I personally change trans fluid and if you have a limited slip dif fluid at 50k.

The N engine are known to be oip leaky engine and has cooling issues so have a full inspection of both.

I did a pretty good inspection myself. I has a clean car fax. Still under warranty. No issues that I can see. Plan to take it to dealer for a look over.

Nice four door

Oil filter housing gasket may have some leaking (pretty likely on these cars at that mileage)
I'd probably look at replacing spark plugs, brake pads (see how your rotors are feeling too, they should be fine), AC microfilter, and check fluids

edit: If it were me, I'd get the remaining life out of the existing Pirelli P Zero's and replace with something better

It's also worthwhile to replace the OEM charge pipe made of hard plastic with Evolution Racewerks one. Best to do it soon since your vehicle is approaching 50K miles. Or - ask the dealer to inspect during the regular maintenance since the vehicle is still under warranty.

Yes the run flats will get replaced in a few months with non run flat. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll check out what I can and also see what the dealer says.
