I bought my car in a similar situation. It had just hit the dealership and I jumped on it. I got $1,500 off the asking price. Normally, on a car that had been sitting on the lot a while I’d have pushed for a bigger discount.

tturedraider I actually have my eye on this one now! I'm sure it doesn't have all the Carmax car problems lol. It is overpriced by a bit, I agree. I have to find a time the wife will let me travel to get it. It's about 3 hours from my house, but an area we do travel by once a year. But, this is the one I'm going to try to go get. It's very well equipped and I like that. If I recall, I remember they had a very similar one for sale a month or so ago that was around 27k.

I was curious, so just looking at travel options and found that Amtrak runs trains between Fresno and Santa Clara.

They pulled it out a little bit. The plan they had was to paint the door and rather me come Friday, I would come Monday after it was finished. I said NO. I would rather have the dent then know the car has been painted (probably poorly too.)

It is still there, but not as bad. I suppose if I called someone and took the inner door card off, it might be able to be fixed better. The dent is just in a bad spot.

Thank you! Well, I suppose it depends on what kind of 330 there was there, M Sports don't go for $24k, usually around $28k. The price was not really negotiable. But I did get it for $30.2k Other than the door dent, it's a really clean car. No paint work (my biggest pet peeve), front bumper is not scratched, barely any road rash up front.
