I confess the green paintwork and ivory interior looks gorgeous, I even like the big front kidney grills. Shame they have gone soft top though, the metal folding roof was an ingenious design. But I suppose it weighed too much and affected the environmental rating. Nice to see round exhaust pipes back, shame the price has rocketed as well as the price of packages.

Already posted by someone else HERE, but there are some really good looking aftermarket bumpers on the way to ‘fix’ the front grill.

Looks a zillion times better. The company bringing that design to market is going to need one BIG factory.

My thoughts too. May as well just buy an old F33 and save a few quid.

Totally agree, I am in a very small minority and think the new grill looks great.

Maybe I should get my DNA analysed to see if there is any Chinese floating around

I am going to have to agree with both of you.... I like the new design style at the front (not sure a bumper will save the rest of the 4 series shape...)

Bloody hell, 2020 is a strange year.

I keep thinking the new grille is growing on me, then I look again and go "no, it's not". I was hoping to see one in the flesh tomorrow but my service appointment has just been cancelled as the dealer is "closed due to covid".

The aftermarket version definitely looks better to me, but it's a rather drastic mod to say the least.
