Newer Rear Guibo?
Going to inspect the rear guibo / center support on my car this weekend, been getting a bit of a thump when shifting from 1->2 gear, front aluminum guibo was replaced in 2018 with the newer rubber version when the loctite fix was applied to the xfer case.
Looking at RealOEM, if I understand right... it looks like the original guibo on my car went by the reference number of 26117527392, which was superseded in 2014 with part #26117610372. Is there any way to tell what changed with this new part number? It appears that both are 96mm rubber. I see that they raised the price from $50 to $140 as well, just curious what kind of improvements they made to the piece. And just wanted to confirm this is the correct part... 'nonexchangeable retrospectively' always makes me question if the part will fit? If it has been superseded it should fit, correct? Car is 2014 328dx |

I see 26117610372 as being equipped on F30 and other chassis from 05/01/2011 to now
