LCI DEPO Headlights Finally Dropping?

Not sure if anyone else has noticed, but I came upon the listing for 2012-2018 LCI DEPO headlights on USR. Reached out to USR and apparently they are dropping "in a few months". Let's see if this is real this time...

Yeah I saw on Instagram about 2 weeks ago they announced it. I got too anxious and just ordered the normal DEPOs. Looks good tho. A few months could be forever though lol

I've heard different answers about whether the 2012-2015 DEPOs fit LCI cars. USR says they don't fit, but I've heard people install the DEPOs successfully with no issues.

Same here. I tried buying some morimoto led's that I saw someone put in their 2014 f30 halogens but I did not know the lci models have a bracket for the bulb that locks into the headlight so I had to return them. I guess at this point i'll buy some philip halogen bulbs and hope for a quick drop from usr.

I've been using Sylvania SilverStars which are good but still not great. Apparently the pre-LCI DEPO's do fit on LCI cars but at this point I think I'll wait for the LCIs.

I have the regular DEPO lights on my 2016 LCI. No issues.

I have also read somewhere that these new headlights (LCI) will have a different design than Pre-LCI

LCI on top. No amber light on the LCIs makes the wait worth it, IMO

I wholesomely agree. However, USR does not know what price they will set these new headlights at. Hopefully it is nothing too ridiculous

I agree LCI looks slightly better but not that different to be worth more than 4-500 bucks

I feel like it would be more expensive if I am honest. The reason is because they have been working on these headlights for years. I remember when I got my 2017 320i in 2016, I reached out to them and they said there were still working on it. I believe these new headlights also have other technology features. Not sure though. It seems like their R&D must have been expensive since it took a long time- and is still taking a long time

Hi can anyone tell me if these are lci halogen headlights(has led drl) . I'm looking at upgrading them as one is no good currently. Car is 2015 but has newer rear lights! Would be right in the crossover of the lci models . Could I drop in the 12-2015 depo lights?
Tia for any info. I just don't want to spend £300 on a new light when theirs depo sets availible for £500 ish

I hope they don’t drop. They’ll all get damaged.
Hurrah for dad jokes. Carry on!

Fairly positive those are LCI with the LED DRL, especially if you have LCI tails. I've heard that the pre-LCI depos fit on LCI cars if you need them ASAP and don't want to wait for the LCI.

Overall I think these are going to range about $1200+ like all the other ones I have seen on ebay. I got the DEPO ones and they aren't bad, my high beam on my driver side is aimed wrong, bought thru bodykits.com and I would never recommend to buy from them cuz their customer service sucks, as well as DEPO's cuz I try to get help from them and can get no reply so no one wants to help me get a replacement for the defective light,. At a point where I think I may just get OEM lights and buy one at a time at $1200 a piece to make sure I get lights that actually work.. If I had my halogens still instead of selling them, I would just but those back on LOL
