can anybody post screenshot of SVT tree of succesfull flash EGS to D3 ?
I tried to flash my 640d to EGS from D5, but i got 4 errors in Diag...so i had to revert it back to original.

Did somebody check errors?

Got those errors before. What's ISTEP on your 640D? You need more recent DME, ICM software.

my car was updated in 2017-05 to latest version... i used data 2017-11..so there is almost no difference...but I can try to update the ICM to latest version... but that maybe means to update the car to latest istep aswell, but DME is modified to higher power

This is the one you need.
But do not write new build date to car to avoid problems

And by the way d3 biturbo is based on 335d, so the swfl is 335d based, how much and what Alpina changed you can not see.
But main thing in my case is, in every mode i have gear Display like in Eco, Comfort,Sport ,Automatic, manual.
And the shifting is earlier , with less pedal throttling. You can use the torque better .

I tried the same for F31 335xd by changing FA to Alpina and build date 03 or 07/14. After svt calculation EGS not showing any updates. Everything stays black.. Do you know what the problem could be?

2.Add to VO:
920, 9XA
Production date 1211 or higher
Typeschlussel XA71 for F10 or 3E51 for F30
Factory ilevel 11-09-507 or higher
3. Follow "How to change FA" guide to modify and upload new FA
4.Follow "ECU flashing" guide and flash EGS
5.Then in TAL-PROCESSING:
Uncheck all
Check just EGS procedures - BLFLASH, SWDEPLOY, CDDEPLOY

Not usually, because the 8HP45 never existed at Alpina cars.
But there is a user in a german forum, who did it with a specially adapted software on the f25 20d, f30 316i and f07 535i.

335i doesn‘t have the 8HP70 transmission.

Im back to stock 435d EGS software. Had Alpina soft for 4 months. In winter i had problem with oil leak from oil separator. I think that problem was in cold weather + low rpms (Alpina) + short distance to work (5km)

The Geardisplay don t come from Kombi.It come from EGS, Kombi was not coded and there is no need for. NCD is exact the same before and after.

I was also sure, that the only way to get indication of gears in drive mode is flashing EGS. But yesterday I've found a very interesting post via instagram.



They promise to activate indication only by coding, not flashing. Moreover on the photo in post we can see that coding took only 2 mins, so it really can't be flash process and definitely not Kombi coding, because the trip is still the same. Any ideas?
