TPMS warning

I have a new (1500 miles) F30. 300 miles ago, I replaced the run-flats with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3. (staggered set, 18", if it matters) This morning, I got a low pressure warning. I used a little pocket gauge I carry in the car and the pressure was exactly 32 front and 35 rear which looks correct. I can just reset it, but it seems odd. Opinions?

Did you reset the tpms when you installed the mps tires?

If not, then it's not odd. The tpms were set for previous tire pressure

They were supposed to be reset, but I got the tires at Costco, so there is no way to be sure. The old and new tires are both supposed to have the same pressure, anyway. I guess I'll reset it and see what happens.
