How do I fix scratched air vents?

Air vents are scratched most likely from previous owner inserting some kind of air freshener.
Any way to fix this? I wonder if the parts can just be replaced but don’t know the exact name or part number.

You might lessen appearance of the scratches with some plastic polish or satin black trim paint. Here's the link to TIS for removal: https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/f...resh+air+grill

Parts diagram link (you can fine-tune this by putting in your VIN or production date at the realoem.com start page - I just guessed & put in 2016):

Good luck!
