LA are shops that can install calipers/interior trim etc

You guys know if there are any shops in the LA area that can install brake calipers and interior trims and stuff like that for cheap? how much is installation for small stuff like this usually anyways? I am trying to decide if I should buy the 435i that already has the interior trim and calipers that I want or get one that is a bit cheaper and just buy those parts and have them installed.

Either way I dont think I am saving much. The interior time and brake calipers will both run me 3k together. shits expensive! lol

Where you from? I'm in Torrance. I haven't picked up the car yet. I'm thinking if I should get the loaded one or just get the one that's not loaded and buy the parts

Get it the way you want if you haven't bought the car yet. That way it'll be covered by insurance - worst case scenario.

Did my calipers at home. I could probably try to help. I am in the 626 area.

Do the interior trim yourself. The interior trim pieces on our cars are pretty robust. Just be careful and use plastic trim tools.

I'd try to find a car that already has the brakes you want. They cost virtually nothing on a used car, but will cost you quite a bit of money for new replacement brakes. Or you will spend a lot of time looking for good used parts which always comes with some risk.

The trim is easy to install. I installed the M Performance package in just over an hour. No experience with the brakes.

Brakes --- AutoTalent in Gardena. Are you looking at M-Sport Brakes (Blue Calipers)? Not that great. Adaptive M suspension also sucks (avoid).

Trim? I just did the F80/F82 M3/M4 Carbon Fiber Trim install in a F30 335i. So easy, takes 45 minutes. Skip the M Performance Trim kit in Alcantara.

GetBMW Parts has the F80/F82 M3/M4 kit for a great price.

BMWPartsPros (Steve Thomas BMW in Camarillo) also has a deal on the M3/M4 Kit.

There is also a gloss black AC/Radio trim part that you can install on pre-LCI 335i's. Simple DIY. Compliments the M3 CF Trim (glossy).

You must get the BMW MPPK Tune. Also a great price at BMWPartsPros (Britney here). ST BMW can do the install. You must buy the MPPK at a BMW dealer that does the install. Most BMW dealers in LA won't install the MPPK, if you buy it online somewhere else.

Avoid Southbay BMW (McKenna). Satan's Spawn.

Cheers
