DV+ on 2012 328i F30

Hi all, Ive just purchased my first little mod for the car: DV+

Ill be following some not so good youtube tutorials but would appreciate any tips on installation.

2014 BMW 328i  [0.00]
Access is quite hard to reach the bolts. Getting the original one off is ok but it's harder to get the new one on.
I suggest you have something like this

You need a long allen key or a thin extension for an allen.
Good luck. Lots of reaching and tight spaces involved.

i changed mine and trust me it wasnt is easy as i thought. i end up getting my mechanic mate to put it in for me. that 1 bolt was the hardest.

Pulled it off.
328i engine is a pain. Coolant pipe in the way. Grinded the heck out of a hex ball

Took off intake, moved waste gate out of way.
Hard part was actually getting the bolts and the dv out (the top left bolt is hard to reach and just used a hex ball to remove it eventhough its a T45 screw. Then the dv had to be maneuvered out like a very difficult puzzle)

Then i put the gfb body and piston in first, then the diverter body loosely in and then with a lot of swearing eventually got the top left bolt in.
From there just had to tighten the three nuts with a 5mm grinded hex ball.
