Unhappy iDrive bluetooth connectivity issue

Hi guys,

I have a 2014 320i xDrive and ran into a bluetooth problem recently.

I have been using Android all this time to connect to idrive and play music. Last night a friend of mine tried to connect iphone 7 and during this process, all my other bluetooth profiles were deleted somehow; now whenever I try to connect any device be it android or iphone, it gets stuck in "connecting" bluetooth screen of idrive but phone says its already connected. Under the list of saved devices in idrive all fields says empty, its failing to connect and save any new device. I have hu_entry

Anyone came across this issue? Any help will be really appreciated

Try hold down the volume button for 30 seconds to restart the iDrive. Then try again.

If you coded your car for enhanced bluetooth, dont do the usb upgrade as thats what caused it.
