Pretty happy this result especially with the simplicity of fill up with normal fuel and go.

I went down the path of stage 2 turbo and e85 on my N55 135i and it was 18 months of attempted tuning and I never got it to work properly. Not keen to repeat that experience.

Your next step could be a "Dorch Engineering" HPFP
With BM3
Stage 2+ 93 octane: up to 43%HP / 68% TQ
Even more gain with E30
Stage 2+ E30 octane: up to 47%HP / 73% TQ

one day it will be mine

I see that you have a manual tranny. How is shifting near the limit? I only ask as the bm3 tune on my manual car has some serious rev hang and I'm wondering if others that are running similar tunes/mods have the same issues.

I'm currently running a XDI HPFP (not recommended) Pure Stage 2 turbo and custom e85 tune by Wedge Performance.

Rev hang and post shift bog are still issues.
No lift shifting gets around it but it's pretty rough on the car.

Why don’t you recommend the XDI pump?

Because I was lied to about how much it could flow.
Was told 550whp on e85 easy. It's borderline closer to 450whp.
