Kinda new to this so not sure what info. I should send you in order to generate the FSC.

Need help:
Yesterday I wanted to update a F30 (2013) with NBT europe Next map

USB not recognised and doesn’t popup with the nav update, i tried a usb 2.0 and usb 3.0 (usb has the right maps)
The usb shows up on media —> external devices (usb not stuck)

In my F30 the USB directly been recognised by the idrive and screen says ‘update Available’ (I also have NBT road map europe Next)

Why is the F30 from 2013 not able to recognised the usb and popup the nav update? I have tried everything, also updated the media and telephone software from BMW

Usb 3.0 is a Sandisk 64GB
Usb 2.0 is Toshiba 64gb
Both a working on my F30 from 2014
Both are not popping up on the F30 from 2013

Are you sure the 2013 one is NBT NEXT Map and not CIC PREMIUM map?

No. Maybe a firmware issue. I'd flash NBT and see if it fixes it.

When i use the SW ID reader (DE) v.1.2.1 it gives me this:

Starting...F-serie...
Ediabas version: 7.3.0
Ignition: = OKAY
------------------------------------
Trying...
Reading CAS...
CAS: VIN - J56XXXX
Setting addresse: = OKAY
Reading CIC...
CIC: VIN - J56XXXX
------------------------------------

Total bytes: 0
------------------------------------

And a 0 byte file is no good. What goes wrong?

I follow the complete guide for installing the patched EDIABAS, configured using the konfigurator, copied files to Ecu, searched via ZGW and now has the problem in the ID SW reader

I also tried pulling the FSC through E-SYS, but even there it can't find the info. It finds the VIN and such perfectly tho.
