Have you been in midweek when no events on? Is it still quite busy and worth a visit?
Before lockdown I visited midweek a few times never as busy as weekends or events but was always a few nice cars about it's a fairly popular hang out for drives out & coffee with a bacon sarnie or a burger. You do get some of the vintage car/bike clubs visiting on a midweek. As it has grown it's become more popular with groups driving up through from the cotswolds and we all know down there it's becoming a skittle parade of super cars in the summer.

I was hoping to make more of an effort to visit being less than 20miles away this year but corona put a dampener on that one.

It is just worth bearing in mind it is a lot more low-key and casual during the week so best to go with no real expectations, the weekends/events are very different.

When it first opened they were up against it being a petrolhead orientated business a bit of a victim of its success in both good & bad was.

But they have & still are working hard with the locals living nearby and as such they do have a zero to tolerance on dickhead driving as people enter or leave. Plus the local plod are regular visitors both marked and unmarked.

Not sure how many on here are members of the BMW Car Club GB but I'm sure something could be jointly arranged to get some good numbers up especially if the end goal is meeting up at caffeine machine

Definitely a good shout, conscious that we should maybe propose this to a wider audience once the second wave is over and perhaps we can firm up arrangements.

Thanks, might pay it a visit, looks like a cool place to visit and sure my sons would love it.

Will have to be November though, can’t go in a giant boring Q7. I’ll go when we’ve got the JCW.

There is nowhere else to park it says and they don’t allow you to walk onto site. One of the videos says they’ve had up to 800 cars there before.

Booked a ticket for Saturday afternoon, will let you know how it goes.

Just saw your post in the "off topic" (I can no longer post there due to being "moderated") looks like you had a good visit.

Visited caffeine and machine for the 1st time today, it really is a fantastic venue, quality food and coffee, merch is great too!

I'll definitely be visiting again, need to find a better/more interesting route from Sheffield though, but wasn't too fussed today as we were in my nephews fiesta as I'm still without car until my new one arrives.
