Recently I've been noticing my car sometimes making what sounds like an electrical type squeak near or below the coolant reservoirs once shut off. Completely random on what days it can happen and it is not daily. I feel like I may have heard it prior to turning off today but not 100%. Any input on what the sound can be? ( sound it around 8 seconds)

possibly water pump might be bad not sure .. is coolant level ok ?

Collant is full.

Doesnt happen everytime.

both our noises sound similar but my Toyota dealer says its normal and it's the throttle body. My sound is exactly like this.

Didn't know solenoids could sound like this.
I thought it was coolant related and read that it's a faulty AC compressor, or AC expansion valve. Anyone want to confirm if the dealer is correct? it sounds like its coming from the condenser but since the throttle body is so close to it. It's hard to pinpoint where the sound is emanating from.
