Do Not Buy From Gthaus!

I'm pretty pissed at gthaus. I placed a order last year October 2017 for a Meisterchaft SUS-SGT exhaust and midpipe priced at $2794. Invoice promises 12 weeks build out. I'm now at 33 weeks(8 month) later....nothing! I've called March, April, May with promises that its coming this month. I called yesterday and they couldnt even give me a straight answer and said they'll call me back and an answer within the same day. no calls. thats it! i called my credit card company to file a dispute. they are crediting me back and investigating them. so if you're considering on ordering a gthaus meisterchaft, dont do it! unless you want to wait 12/24/36 month for one. customer service is god aweful.

i wish I found this forum post before i placed my order.

gthaus called me today and asked why i was cancelling my order. i clearly stated that you gave me nothing but empty promises, and said will you'll call me back with an answer but never gave me an answer. I had to call every week and months just to follow up. just cancel my order and give the money back to the credit card company. I got my money back already.

The fact you got your money back that quickly means they weren't very far along in getting you your order. Kind of embarrassing for them... How do companies like this stay in business?
