My transfer case was replaced under warranty right before I bought my car.

I think it is very unusual that a company who provides a performance tuning solution does not offer dyno charts for their stage 1 tunes.

They need to develop and test the maps anyways and if they do, the numbers should be available already. Everything looks good when you read about boodmod3 but having no information about real world gains would hinder me to buy it.

Best, Eugen

Doesn't sound like you calibrated properly or maybe read the dyno wrong then.

317tq is higher than what Pure turbos delivers for their stage 2 upgrade with supporting mods.

I've just tuned my car to the BM3 Stage 2 93

It's great, fun. Feels like a Golf R now, quick enough to get you in trouble

Anyone in CA have issues with smog when tuning with bm3? I have a 440i I am thinking of Bootmod3 or mppsk. Anyone from CA have recommendations?

Why do you worry?

Mppsk is BMW tune, as long as you have a cat you will pass smog in CA.

Then if you do have BM3 is reversible, just flash it back to stock...and you have a cat you pass smog.

This year, (once my CPO warranty ends in Sep), I will be doing the same between stock and BM3 stage 1.

Not expecting you to wait, as I am sure you'd like to get extra power sooner than that. But be on the lookout for some good, hard data and scientific comparison.

The real bonus will be, using WinPEP, I can take the dyno data from all 3 states of tune and overlay them on the same graph. That will be the cool part and should allow for some really insightful observations.

Though I don't blame folks for trusting their butt dynos, I always need proof in order to believe that something really does work. Stay tuned and good luck with your tune.
Hey all, its time. Car was flashed today (with the help of the amazing Dheeth-F30 ).

Look forward to the goodies soon.

I asked bootmod3 sales support what kind of gains should I expect for a 2014 BMW F30 320i with N20 engine:

From bootmod3 sales support:

"Stage 1 was designed for a fully stock vehicle.

You can expect approximately 70HP gain with our Stage 1."

"For Stage 2 you need FMIC and catless downpipe. You will gain 30 HP over Stage 1."

Totally disagree. I have tested JB+, JB4, Ventura Chip tune and also BM3 on BMW 330e (b48 Hybrid).
The results are BM3 is the best for power and features.
2nd for power will be Ventura Chip tune.
JB4 has less power gains that Ventura but better features.
Ventura has a smoother power curve than JB4 but the best for all is BM3.
JB+ has the least gains and features.

Crazy to see they still don't have an official dyno graph. I suppose with the incremental improvements it would have to be redone a few times but still...

Just applied stage 1 bm3 on my 2014 320i, OMG!!!

The difference is HUUUGE!!!

Comfort now feels almost like sport did before but smoother.

Sport mode now feels and sounds like is going to rip the tires!

SO MUCH MORE POWERFUL!

I still need to measure fuel consumption but, doesn't seem too bad.

will be going to the dyno soon. Will keep you guys posted.

Hey did you all see PTF just released the new version 4.3 for PWG, supersedes V4.2 and makes 1 psi more and about +10hp on 91Oct.

Hey i retract this statement, confused anit as i think this new updated version is for the F31's or anything above 2014 i believe..I could only see the V3.0 EWG still for my 2013.
