Thanks!
from my understanding, bump stops are what prevent the coil from hitting any part of metal in your car. they are used to prevent "suspension components from bottoming out"

Dinan has basically included some modified, albeit shorter bumpstops, to replace the stock ones. The springs for the 328/335 have been made to work with the stock shock travel (dhp and non dhp cars).

Do keep us updated vip. I have almost ordered all the other mods from the dealer but the suspension is still hanging... My car would have the standard suspension so this should be the best option going by what you said above.

I believe what's meant by standard suspension is non-DHP sport suspension. I don't think this is designed for the base comfort suspension. If you have the sports suspension you should be good. Also, only Dinan will be selling these for now, so you'll have to call them directly to get them as well as confirm your suspension as compatible.

Umm I'm afraid that my car has the base comfort suspension. Nevertheless, shouldn't it be compatible ?

And that my friend, is the problem, lol. It looks like I'm riding around in an X5. I need to get this thing down. Now. I've ordered H&R sports, which should drop 10-15mm...there seems to be some debate on this forum as to whether it messes up the half shaft angles for the xdrive. I guess I'll find out for myself in a couple of weeks when they get installed.

When a confirmed set up of coil overs for xdrives are released I will most likely switch.

Did anyone ask Dinan about when the Shockware part of the package is supposed to be released?--meaning the damper modification, not the springs.

Now why would the 335i springs be $50 more?

FYI - 20MM = 0.787402 inches

Oh wow, that's interesting. Shouldn't be the case, but maybe the 335i springs need to be stronger since the car is heavier at the nose?
