What's your guys opinion who have seen them both to compare?

Looking at them on the Net it's kinda hard to tell, but they both look extremely similar, except for a couple slight differences.

Is one valued more over the other?
Check out our car, it definitely has 441M wheels. I've seen 400M wheels on a 316i at the dealer, the 400M wheels have a simpler design compared to 441M's.

The first picture is the 400M, second one is the 441M. Look carefully within the red circle, that is the difference between the 2 wheels.

Thanks Leo.

I noticed a couple more differences too.

1. The Center Hub is Larger on the 400m
2. The End Prongs close to the tire do not go all the way into the rim, but stop halfway on the 441, where on the 400 it goes in all the way.

Interesting.

I definitely will say something to them about it if I receive 400 instead of the 441. Also, I will see how they look on the car, because I believe only the 441's in Ferric Gray are left, don't think they have any more like yours. I'm not so partial to the Ferric.

I've seen both wheels in person and my observation is that the 400Ms look smaller from a distance because of the larger center which thus creates shorter spokes. For this reason, I prefer the 441Ms regardless if they are silver or ferric grey.

Thanks Pilot for your comment, yeah that does make sense. I definitely am anxious to see what comes on the car. If it's not the 441ms which I ordered, then going to say something for sure.

Can we expect at least 6 more threads on this issue?

Good luck getting the rims sorted.

Hi,
I do know this is an old one and apologies for getting back to surface but wanted to know if anyone has weighted them. It seems that 441 or lighter, according to etk.cc
I would like to go to 18" but their weight will makee choose between them (since styles are very similar).
My 16" efficient dynamics ones now only weight 8kg (390style).
Thanks.
