Selling my old avin unit. I've never updated it or used any of the android functions. I purchased this only to use the carlink for carplay and get a bigger screen. On the car side and carlink side everything is working fine. I'm selling it as is as I can't offer help or customer support. If you plan on using any of the android functions you will need to purchase a gps antenna, mic, etc. Comes with what you see in pictures. Unit is missing the SD door cover.
This was installed in a 15 328i NBT

$100. Can ship in the 48 for $15.

Hey! I many be interested. I assume that this works as the regular screen (bmw interface) until I plug in my iPhone for CarPlay or does it only work if the phone is plugged.

I know it’s as is but do you have the installation instructions by chance?

Just want to know if this works as regular screen without using other functions that come with the unit at all. I only want to have a bigger screen for the existing iDrive function.

Sorry don't really got on here much. PM is better since i'll get an email alert. The unit can be used as just a screen. That's how I used it and occasionally connected it to carplay. It's fairly simple to install with many guides on youtube.
