In the US it's single. At least I think it does, your post has me second guessing myself lol.
Definitely single pipe here in the US. Same as the 320.

This. I like the cleaner look, plus I was living in Germany when I bought my car, so I ordered it debadged.

I guess, but considering the cars come with badges the logic doesn't quite work as well in reverse.

On some cars, debadging just looks better regardless of what's under the hood.

I removed the xdrive badge. made the look much cleaner. didn't like two badges on both sides of the trunk.

I've been so ambivalent about debadging. On the one hand I love the clean/symmetrical look. On the other hand my petty ego wants to keep the badges on so people know what I'm driving. On yet ANOTHER hand I like the mystique of people who know their cars being aware and others being confused.

That's three hands and one confused brain...My wife hates the idea all together. All of a sudden she's developing opinions on cars and these matters since the new baby came in :P

Come live here in Manhattan and let me know how you feel about your badge when you're parked next to an FF, 458, Aventador, or some other exotic. I proudly park my F31 next to them all the time because a). it's f*cking gorgeous, and b). it's a unicorn wagon, so I win. But the point is that you don't need anything more than that Roundel. The rest is details.

I debadged all my BMWs (Z4M, E92 335i and now my F31 340i) because I like it clean and symetric. Nothing to do with small engine size;-)
The badge top right looks off to me. One exception, my 1M, there was a M on the trunk. I somehow liked it:-)

I agree it looks cleaner, but when I think about it, if I had an M car I would never debadge it. I would want people to know how much money I spent for a beast that sits in LA traffic like everyone else lol.

Actually... It's not the angle. It's the flippin' xDrive models that have taller suspension. Trust me... I see my "SUV" every freaking day!

I'm still waiting for a nice set of springs compatible with this trim, and then I'll be slamming the effer!
