N20 injen intake installation trouble

Recently i installed an injen intake into my n20, but while i was sealing it with the heat shield, the screw provided wouldnt thread properly into the hole. I contacted injen turns out its the powder coating got in the threading, which is why the screw wont thread. I was wondering if anybody faced this issue and had it fixed? Or if anybody would know how to rethread the holes

You could go to home depot and get a tap that matches the thread pitch of the bolt to clean it up.
