[PICS] F30 lowered on Bilsteins w/ 20" 405M Wheels

Some quick pics of Knightsabers' car

We installed Bilstein B14 coilovers, plus some subtle 12mm spacers to fill out the rear guards. This is in addition to the Msport bodykit we fitted last year and in addition to other extensive mods featured on the car.

Looks fantastic! Is this on B14's highest setting?

I am looking at B14 myself, just about ready to pull the trigger. I would love to hear Knightsabers' review on how it rides.

Thanks! Had a four finger gap previously, definitely improves the look.

It's on the 2nd highest setting, the ride is slightly firmer but still comfortable. It didn't bounce after hitting a pothole or bumpy road. Feels much more planted when approaching corners at speed.

Overall it's improved the look, control & handling whilst maintaining optimal comfort.

That sounds good to me. I am currently on Eibachs w 18" 397s on Michelin PSS. So I guess if you are happy with your ride on 20" RFT in Sydney I should be ok.

Did you consider any other coilovers? Say KW for example?

^ just to clarify this could probably be raised about 20mm if someone didn't want it that low.

This is set to "1.5 finger gap" at the front and "1 finger gap" at the rear.

Car looks great, I'm fitting the same suspension to my F31 with 405m's. Did you use 12mm spacers front and rear?
