How to replace the LED on the top of the angel eyes? Bmw 320i F30 2014

Hello, I would like some help.

The LED responsible for illuminating the top part of the angel eyes (headlight on the right side), stopped lighting.

I did some research on this LED and found that it is inside the headlight (just above the orange blinker lamp).

I think it is only possible to repair it in 2 ways, removing the lens from the headlight or making a small cut in the headlight housing (next to where the led is) to be able to access it.

Is there any less aggressive way?

Of these 2 ways, which would be the best?

I think it can be less aggressive, choose a small cut in the carcass and then close with a little black glue, to be subtle. What do you think? Any better ideas?
