BMW F30 3 Series Coding DIY - Code Auto Start Stop, DVD, Folding Mirrors, Etc.

Hey Everyone,

I did some coding last night in my 2018 340i, I changed 5 things and two out of the five things I coded are not working. Not sure if I didn't select enough "Active" things or not.

But the first issue is that the exterior mirrors aren't folding and unfolding with the keyfob.
The other one is I tried to code the BMW 340i logo on the bottom right of the cluster screen, next to where the time is, and I got a german word over top of it "Platzhalter" which means, reserved space.

I am using iphone 12 pro max with Bimmercode and OBDLink CX bluetooth

That is a fault code. Needs Diagnosis / Repair, not coding.

I have ista-d. Is it possible to fix this with ista-d? Or need to fix it mechanically?

ISTA/D is Diagnosis. It is what Dealer would use to Diagnose the issue. It will determine repair, which may or may not be mechanical.

I have an MHD adapter with e-net cable attachment. Am I able to use this with a Mac to code a 2013 F30 335xi so I can delete the seat belt reminders and change the start up tones or am I on the wrong place? I would also like to code some other stuff but the original guide links all seem to be broken. Thanks!
