Very interesting. So looks like most weren't scrapped on the so called scrappage scheme...
I'm sure some of those cars could be usable...some nice looking project cars there..

Looks like a genuine RS2000 that's had its lower valance painted. Here a definite genuine one:

Leaseplan, Arval etc storage before auction, I used to work for VAG in Warrington and Burtonwood aerodrome was full of our new cars and 6 month - 4 year old fleet cars stored ready for auction.

Ah. Might explain why the 2018 Google earth view shows a lot less cars.
