Yes.

No issues for me whatsoever although mine is a square set up and I bought brand new tires (and had them powder coated day) day one.

I can confirm that 235.45.18 work for sure with no issues. You should be able to go a size wider or two in the rear without issue. Probably not in the fronts.

I have a staggered set of 351m wheels and the fit is perfect. I use a lower aspect ratio though since it's larger on the 5 series.

19x8.5 225/40r19
19x9 255/35r19

I'm pretty sure that's the same setup for the 403m wheels as well.
