$3k... less than half of what Max charged you, but still in the STUPID category
Still pretty pricey, I hope around 2016 the price will drop after more are produced.
Another wishful thinking is that going forward, no BMW owner will endure the same ordeal as us. BMW can make the LEDs the premium options and the Xenons standard, all with pimping angel eye DRLs.

That seems more reasonable compared to $8K. I think there was two variants one with adaptive & ones without. Elebest quoted the adaptive LED head lights none the less shocking price tag.

I have already ordered my Adaptive LED set and should get the lights home next week. I don't see this retrofit should be a problem. I will keep you updated.

Saw the LCI taillights listed elsewhere cheaper than what I paid for

Here's the link I noticed earlier where the LCI taillights were cheaper.

Slight problem with the LCI tail lights, the harness doesn't fit. Not exactly plug & play Either need to order it, waiting on response from vendor.

Nice How much were these also if you don't mind sharing where did you get them. Want to get them as well to finish off the set but don't want to pay 8K

Do you think a lot of people want these retrofitted for their F30 halogens?

We could easily figure that out. Just need to know what the connector/wiring looks like going into the headlight. From there, its probably going to be some coding to turn off CANBUS load checks and turn off pulsed +12v supply.

Looks like knightsabers already got a pair to mess with. Any chance you can take a pic of the electrical connector in the back?
Here's a pic of connectors on the back, they require a new harness which I didn't get.

Would I be able to retro fit these to my 2012 F30 with halogens? As I dont have auto levelling but understood that led's have that built-in.

Yesterday I had some time to do wiring and since I decided to route wires like it was from factory (even colors of the wires match), I spend about 8 hours to do so. It is not that difficult, removal of trim panels takes a lot of time.

I didn't code the car yet, I will try to do it tonight.
